E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

About the role

FOREO SEA is seeking a detail‑oriented E‑commerce Marketplace Specialist to own campaign planning and execution across its SEA marketplace channels. You will act as the operational backbone, coordinating calendars, promotions, and product launches on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the monthly campaign calendar for Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop (SG, MY, PH).
• Coordinate sign‑ups, promotional submissions, voucher applications and ensure timely activation of campaigns, product launches and mega‑sale events.
• Work closely with internal teams, Platform Leads, platform partners and external agencies to guarantee campaign readiness.
• Execute on‑site updates, manage digital shelf visibility, and track promotional execution across all platforms.
• Identify stock and fulfilment risks ahead of campaigns and act as operational backup during peak periods.
• Create and configure promotional mechanics such as vouchers, flash deals, bundles and GWP rules.
• Develop SOP playbooks and standardise bundle SKU configurations for repeatable execution.
• Build and manage a KOL and affiliate partner pipeline across SG, MY, PH and VN, handling outreach, negotiations, onboarding and compliance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce operations, marketplace coordination or digital marketing, preferably with regional exposure.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopee Seller Center and Lazada Seller Center.
• Proven ability to coordinate campaigns across multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, structured execution approach and proactive problem‑solving.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
