Early Intervention Educator Aide (EIPIC)

About the role

We are seeking an Early Intervention Educator Aide to support our EIPIC programme, which serves children from birth to six years who are at risk of developmental, intellectual, sensory or physical learning needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teachers with lesson planning, classroom preparation and delivery of instruction.
• Support teachers in conducting assessments, implementing strategies, monitoring progress and evaluating student goals.
• Help implement effective classroom management techniques.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child’s learning journey.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent, with at least three GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English.
• Experience working with young children using English as the medium of instruction.
• Strong interest in supporting children with developmental or special needs such as autism, global developmental delay or Down syndrome.
• Availability for a six‑month contract at Wellington Circle, Singapore.
