Ebiz and Client Engagement Executive

About the role

CHANEL's Fragrance & Beauty Division (FBP) Marketing team in Singapore is looking for an Ebiz and Client Engagement Executive. You will support the delivery of engaging, seamless client experiences across CRM and e-business, working with Marketing, Retail, Communications and regional teams to turn campaigns into well-executed client journeys, from CRM communications to digital content on CHANEL.com. The role reports to the Assistant Ebiz and Client Engagement Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prepare briefs and assets for monthly CRM communication campaigns, and lead CRM campaign and client-journey activation.
• Support the rollout of CRM projects and client journeys, including reactivation and engagement communications.
• Support Salesforce automation campaigns for monthly product launches, in-store campaigns and podium activations.
• Assist with CRM setup and activation for client events such as workshops and in-store events.
• Be mainly responsible for timely replenishment of CRM gifts for retail stores.
• Lead operational updates for CHANEL.com, including digital marketing content updates and translations across the three Fragrance & Beauty axes.
• Coordinate banner, PDP and content updates, and liaise with global and regional teams so campaigns go live accurately and on time.
• Help bring campaigns to life across online and offline touchpoints, supporting campaign assets, website content, CRM journeys, event recruitment and retail activations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with strong retail understanding, preferably in an agency or luxury retail / beauty setting.
• Strong organisational and project-coordination skills, able to manage several deliverables and timelines at once.
• Detailed, client-centric mindset and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment under time pressure.

Required skills

• Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
