About the role
We are looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Operations Assistant to support day‑to‑day e‑commerce activities across multiple markets. The role ensures smooth order journeys by coordinating fulfilment, handling returns, monitoring inventory and supporting cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily e‑commerce operational activities and backend processes.
- Monitor order fulfilment and ensure operational SLA is met.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service and internal teams on operational matters.
- Assist in return, refund and exchange processing follow‑up.
- Support inventory monitoring and stock movement coordination.
- Perform data checking, report updates and operational tracking.
- Escalate operational issues and support resolution follow‑up.
- Support campaign preparation and operational execution during peak periods.
- Ensure operational accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist with ad‑hoc operational projects and administrative tasks as required.
Required profile
- Minimum N/O Levels, Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 year experience in Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Retail or E‑Commerce (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, organized and able to multitask.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player with a positive learning attitude.
