Electrical Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Site Manager to lead on‑site activities for the Woodlands Checkpoint Extension project at Powen Engineering. The role involves coordinating construction work, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and managing project documentation and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all on‑site activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards and project requirements.
• Manage the construction project's document management.
• Control budget allocations and monitor expenditures.
• Foster a productive work environment for the team.
• Maintain solid relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, delivering Singapore projects on time and within budget.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards in Singapore.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to address site challenges.
