Electronics Technician – Assembly & Testing

About the role

Doodle Labs is seeking a skilled Technician to support the production, assembly, and testing of its high‑performance wireless networking hardware for drones and unmanned systems. You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to build, troubleshoot, and ship reliable electronic products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform RF troubleshooting down to the PCBA level.
• Assemble and rework PCBAs with SMT components, including 0201, 0402, and QFP packages.
• Conduct box‑build and sub‑assembly functional testing.
• Build packaging for finished products and prepare units for shipment.
• Set up and maintain test stations to ensure consistent quality.
• Assist engineers with prototype builds, product testing, and process development.
• Prepare production documentation such as SOPs, batch records, and inventory reports.
• Debug and diagnose PCBA issues as they arise.

Required profile

• NTC or ITC certification in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong foundation in basic electronics, digital circuits, and component handling.
• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
