Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Engineer to support the Project Manager in delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be involved in planning, coordination, and on‑site supervision across a range of civil and infrastructure works.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with overall project functions, including site and risk management.
• Prepare and submit project documentation such as work schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, progress reports and technical submissions.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with contract specifications, BOQ, approved drawings, quality, ESH and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress, quality and safety standards, and maintain accurate records of all correspondences and reports.
• Participate in project meetings, site inspections and coordination sessions as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, technical specifications and project documentation.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
