Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to diverse learners.
• Develop teaching strategies that improve reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests and exams and give constructive feedback.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom that encourages participation and collaboration.
• Use technology and multimedia tools to enrich the learning experience.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials aligned with the school's curriculum and academic standards.
• Take part in staff meetings, professional development and school events.
• Communicate regularly with parents about students' progress.
• Support extracurricular activities and the wider school community.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Teaching certification or relevant qualification such as TEFL, TESOL or CELTA.
• Proven experience as an English teacher, preferably in an international school.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching to diverse learners, cultural sensitivity and organisational skills.
