Enterprise Architect – Cloud Solutions (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect or Solution Consultant to lead the design and delivery of high‑value cloud solutions for Singapore public‑sector clients. You will combine technical leadership with strategic sales engagement to help organisations adopt secure, scalable and compliant cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC/GCC+) and migrate public‑sector IT systems to AWS, Azure or GCP while meeting PDPA, IM8 and other regulatory requirements.
• Architect multi‑cloud strategies within Singapore government security constraints.
• Provide deep expertise in enterprise application architecture and integration across public and private clouds.
• Own the end‑to‑end RFP process, from client engagement to contract closure.
• Support sales enablement strategy development and tool implementation.
• Lead client engagements, including solution presentations, workshops and technical demonstrations (POCs).

Required profile

• 13+ years of experience in technical consulting, enterprise solutions or solution sales.
• Proven track record managing large, strategic public‑sector deals.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, analytics and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage C‑level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT or related field.
