Enterprise Business Development Manager

About the role

At Circles.Life we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the enterprise market. The role drives B2B growth by securing new enterprise‑level accounts and building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire enterprise customers, focusing on new sales and partnerships.
• Build relationships with new partners and key stakeholders to expand accounts.
• Manage sales proposals and collaborate with internal product and delivery teams.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for market expansion.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets using a structured, data‑driven approach.
• Plan and execute independent lead generation and prospecting activities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of enterprise sales experience in tech‑forward sectors such as telco, e‑commerce or IoT/M2M, preferably with exposure to payment systems and the construction industry.
• Strategic mindset with a proven track record of securing high‑value SME/SMB and enterprise accounts, coupled with a “can‑do” sales‑hungry attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for lead generation, tracking and funnel optimisation.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite.
