Enterprise Deployment Lead

About the role

Menlo Research is seeking an Enterprise Deployment Lead to own end‑to‑end customer engagements for its humanoid robot platform. You will drive deployments from discovery through successful implementation and subsequent production purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer workflows, identifying champions, budget owners and decision processes.
• Define scope, success criteria, budgets and timelines together with engineering and customers.
• Lead implementation across Menlo’s engineering, partner and customer teams, setting owners, milestones and tracking progress.
• Demonstrate results against agreed criteria, secure sign‑off and convert deployments into production purchases.
• Feed field learnings back to product and engineering to accelerate future deployments.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, customer‑facing technical projects in robotics or a related field.
• Ability to navigate customer organisations, reach the real buyer and understand the purchasing process.
• Commercial judgment to build credible business cases and qualify out unfeasible projects.
• Track record of delivering well‑qualified, funded projects that convert to production or follow‑on purchases.

Required skills

• Technical fluency to discuss trade‑offs credibly with engineers.
• Strong project leadership skills to hold cross‑functional teams accountable to scope, milestones and budget.
