Entrepreneurship & Startup Trainer

About the role

Reactor School is looking for an experienced Entrepreneurship & Startup Trainer to design and deliver entrepreneurship education programmes for high‑school and university students across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will work with a multicultural, remote‑first team to help young founders turn ideas into viable companies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate curriculum modules that guide students from ideation to startup formation.
• Coordinate with partner schools, angel networks and early‑stage VCs to secure mentorship and funding for student ventures.
• Create slide decks, proposals and other learning materials tailored to diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple programmes simultaneously across different cities and time zones.
• Act as a liaison between educators, investors and student teams, ensuring alignment with Reactor’s core values.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience working with student‑led or youth startups, or in programme coordination, incubation or entrepreneurship training.
• Strong network within the tech and startup ecosystem.
• Detail‑oriented, efficient and able to thrive in a digital‑nomad environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable managing projects across cultures and time zones.

Required skills

• Experience preparing slide decks and written proposals.
• Proficiency in project management and time‑management tools.
