Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

As an entry‑level Manufacturing Engineer you will develop and maintain methods, operation sequences and processes for fabricating parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies. You will collaborate with other engineering functions to support product improvements and new product releases while applying lean and continuous‑improvement principles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequences and processes for fabrication of parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies.
• Coordinate with other engineering functions to release product improvements and new products.
• Launch, release, approve and implement engineering change requests to support design and operations.
• Use engineering and DFx principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Write and release test procedures, gather operational and test data, evaluate results and assess work methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Prior internships or academic projects in semiconductor or manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of manufacturing principles and the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a clean‑room environment where a cleanroom suit is compulsory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CAD or engineering drawings.
