Event Coordinator – Holiday Contract (Junior)

About the role

This contract position supports the planning and execution of both face‑to‑face and virtual events across Singapore. You will work closely with workshop leaders and participants to ensure smooth logistics and effective communication throughout the event lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for in‑person and virtual events, including material preparation, travel information collation, attendance tracking and Zoom setup.
• Provide onsite and virtual administrative support during events, handling real‑time issues and participant queries.
• Manage communication with workshop leaders, take meeting notes, maintain response templates, and support accreditation surveys.
• Maintain and update the workshop product catalogue in Salesforce, handle translations, metadata entry, and CVENT coordination.
• Update budget sheets, forward invoices, and liaise with Finance on credit vouchers and reimbursements.
• Cover for team members, support global/regional initiatives and escalate issues to leadership when needed.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
