Event Executive

About the role

Fuku is hiring a full-time Event Executive in Singapore. The role provides day-to-day support to the project lead in managing event operations, covering team management, supplier and vendor coordination and venue logistics, while also handling event proposals, on-site coordination and media liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Support the project lead with event operations, including team management, supplier/vendor coordination and venue logistics.
• Plan and propose efficient workflow structures for projects and create compelling event proposals for clients.
• Source cost-effective solutions from suppliers, prepare purchase requisitions and invoices, and supervise on-site setup and teardown.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, liaise with venue owners and prepare layout plans and event day run sheets.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting and managing volunteers and event crews.
• Liaise with media outlets and influencers, coordinate press releases, interviews and media coverage, and engage partners.
• Develop event concepts aligned with brand and audience, keeping up with trends in music, entertainment and social media.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the event or marketing industry.
• Dedicated, self-oriented and results-driven.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; able to multi-task, work independently and manage time and organisation well.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
