Event Management Consultant

About the role

PwC is looking for a motivated B2B event management professional to join its Marketing & Communications team. The role supports internal clients by designing and delivering impactful conferences, webinars, seminars and trade shows that strengthen client relationships and showcase PwC’s expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute physical, hybrid and virtual events, including conferences, webinars, seminars and trade shows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure event objectives align with business goals.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts and oversee procurement of supplies, equipment and AV support.
• Coordinate venue selection, catering, AV setup and logistics for each event.
• Track event inventory, supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth execution.
• Collaborate with the Events Lead and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality experiences.
