Event Manager – Luxury Hotel Events

About the role

The St. Regis Singapore is seeking an Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of property events. You will act as the primary liaison between sales, internal departments, and clients, ensuring a seamless experience from pre‑event planning through post‑event follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all event documentation, coordinating with sales, property departments, and customers.
• Oversee event logistics and operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Manage group room blocks and meeting space allocations for average to large‑sized groups.
• Conduct billing reviews with clients and ensure billing accuracy before final processing.
• Identify operational challenges and develop solutions in collaboration with property staff and customers.
• Participate in site inspections, assist the sales process, and act as the main point of contact throughout the event lifecycle.
• Gather feedback from internal departments to continuously improve the event planning experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of event management experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams.
