Event Sales Manager

About the role

The Event Sales Manager will lead sales efforts for private and group events at TRIFECTA, Singapore’s first integrated surf, snow and skate destination. Working in a hybrid setting, you will manage the full event lifecycle—from initial inquiry to post‑event follow‑up—while collaborating closely with operations and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own an outbound B2B pipeline targeting corporates, MICE agencies, schools and brand activations.
• Run the complete sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, site visits, negotiations and closing.
• Maintain CRM discipline, update pipeline stages, forecast revenue and report conversions to senior management.
• Manage B2C event enquiries (birthdays, celebrations, group socials) and ensure conversion within 24 hours.
• Hand over confirmed events with detailed run‑sheets and coordinate delivery with programming, community and GX crews.
• Develop event staffing plans with the Senior DM and ensure appropriate manpower on event days.
• Grow recurring venue rental income and support brand partnership activations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event sales or corporate sales, preferably within hospitality or lifestyle venues.
• Strong B2B and B2C sales acumen with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across operations, marketing and programming teams.
