Events & Operations Manager – Family Experience

About the role

The Family Experience team at Shangri‑La Singapore is looking for an Events and Operations Manager to lead the daily delivery of family‑focused programmes such as Buds by Shangri‑La, Splash, and the Recharge Café. You will oversee operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for guests of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day operations of Buds, Splash, Recharge Café and related family experiences.
• Manage rosters, supervise team performance, and maintain safety standards and facility upkeep.
• Oversee financial processes including profit & loss records, revenue reporting, inventory control, purchasing within budget, and preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Plan and deliver activities and events, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors, and support marketing initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance development for the Family Experience team.
• Foster open communication, motivate staff, and uphold professional conduct and guest‑focused service.
