Executive – Allied Health & Pharmacy Administration

About the role

The Executive for Allied Health and Pharmacy provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Allied Health and Pharmacy Leads at Tengah General and Community Hospital. This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, enabling the leads to focus on strategic healthcare delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, travel, accommodation and event arrangements for Allied Health and Pharmacy Leads and co‑leads.
• Prepare reports, draft correspondence, organise records and files, and respond to queries.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and conferences, including agenda setting, material preparation, minute taking and follow‑up.
• Support departmental projects and special initiatives by designing documents, presentations and collecting information.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, handling scheduling and issue management.
• Identify and escalate matters appropriately, considering sensitivities and stakeholder dynamics.
• Provide hospitality to guests and help create a welcoming environment.
