Executive Architect

About the role
The Executive Architect will lead the architectural delivery of commercial, retail, office and attraction projects from concept through handover. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality, regulatory compliance and timely execution.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate site inspections and obtain authority clearances.
- Manage projects from inception to handover, including tender preparation and detailed design.
- Lead team and project meetings to resolve technical issues and maintain schedule adherence.
Required profile
- Recognised university degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years post‑graduate experience in schematic design, design development, tender documentation and project administration.
- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial retail, office or attraction projects.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Enthusiastic team player with good spirit.
Required skills
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations and authority requirements.
