Executive Assistant – Head of Banking & Expansion APAC

About the role

Wise is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Banking & Expansion APAC and provide light support to other senior members of the APAC Leadership Team. Based in Singapore, you will play a critical part in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and inboxes across multiple time zones for senior leaders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents and ensure appropriate attendees are invited.
• Capture meeting outcomes, track action items and follow up on project progress.
• Coordinate international travel, visas, itineraries and ground transportation.
• Process expenses and invoices in line with company policies and support budget tracking.
• Administer Workday approvals and sign‑off processes on behalf of stakeholders.
• Organise leadership off‑sites, mission days and team social events, handling venue sourcing and vendor management.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, comfortable working with senior executives.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proactive attitude to identify and improve workflows.
