About the role
Join Adobe’s Customer Experience Orchestration sales organisation as an Executive Assistant. You will partner with senior sales executives, providing high‑level administrative and operational support so leaders can focus on strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex, global calendars, resolve conflicts, and anticipate scheduling needs across time zones.
- Coordinate international travel, logistics, and itineraries, ensuring seamless execution.
- Monitor and triage inboxes, draft responses, and follow up on priority communications.
- Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor billing in line with Adobe policies.
- Draft, edit, and distribute leadership communications, staff updates, and All‑Hands content.
- Maintain organisational charts, distribution lists, and key team resources.
- Act as liaison between leaders, cross‑functional teams, and other Executive Assistants.
- Plan and execute team events, leadership offsites, and large‑scale meetings.
- Support onboarding for new hires, including workspace setup and system access.
- Partner with operations to maintain business cadences, oversee hybrid/virtual meeting logistics, and improve processes.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple shifting deadlines.
- Strong business acumen, discretion, and professionalism handling confidential information.
- Proactive, resourceful attitude with a passion for building relationships and driving efficiency.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and occasional travel for events or conferences.
