About the role
TLC Worldwide is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the APAC CEO and leadership team. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and helping bring the People & Culture agenda to life across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s diary, actions and follow‑ups, keeping priorities aligned.
- Create high‑quality decks, reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, events and travel logistics efficiently.
- Capture key discussion points, track actions and outcomes.
- Research and prepare materials for client and partner meetings.
- Maintain CRM systems and produce accurate reports.
- Support the development of pitches and proposals.
- Drive special projects and TLC initiatives across APAC.
- Deliver events and experiences that reinforce internal culture and client moments.
Required profile
- Trusted partner to senior leadership with strong organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
