About the role
Arthrex, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Administrator to provide high‑level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to senior management while overseeing day‑to‑day office operations. This role acts as a central hub for internal stakeholders, external partners, and visitors, ensuring smooth office functioning and exceptional support for leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor executives’ calendars, anticipate scheduling needs, and resolve conflicts.
- Plan and coordinate international and domestic travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting.
- Schedule and organize meetings, board sessions, presentations, and industry events, handling all required materials and hospitality.
- Screen incoming communications, draft correspondence, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Serve as primary contact for office facilities, maintenance, security, supplies, and vendor management.
- Oversee office moves, space planning, workstation setups, and inventory control across multiple locations.
- Manage pantry services, weekly lunch programs, mail and courier logistics, and access‑control systems.
- Welcome visitors, guide new employees, and coordinate office‑wide events and cross‑department activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience providing executive‑level administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple office operations simultaneously.
