About the role
Swiss Re is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within the Property & Casualty Reinsurance (P&C Re) SID team in the APAC region. You will act as the operational hub, ensuring smooth executive workflows, coordinating high‑profile visits, and driving event logistics across a dynamic, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar coordination, travel arrangements and high‑level communications with discretion.
- Lead planning and execution of leadership visits, creating detailed itineraries and providing on‑site support.
- Serve as liaison between internal teams and external contacts, ensuring timely communication.
- Coordinate off‑site events and collaborate with Marketing on external market engagements.
- Support day‑to‑day collaboration within the Assistant Teams and provide deputisation as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality, champion continuous improvement and adopt new tools, including Generative AI.
- Promote Swiss Re’s NEXT culture, fostering accountability and inclusive teamwork.
Required profile
- Extensive experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced, international setting.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to manage competing priorities with professionalism.
- Strong trust‑building and communication skills across all organisational levels.
