Executive Assistant to Financial Consultant & Founder

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support Thomas Krellstein, a Senior Financial Consultant and founder of HYCO Education. The role spans two fast‑growing businesses, providing a unique blend of financial advisory and boutique education operations. You will act as the right hand, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and helping Thomas stay focused on strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Thomas’s calendar, schedule, and priority list across both organisations.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow‑ups with clients, parents, and external stakeholders.
• Organise projects, track deliverables, and improve internal workflows.
• Handle documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks with high accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise professional discretion.
• Provide ad‑hoc executive support wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
