Executive Assistant to Founder/CEO (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO of a fast‑scaling AI‑augmented services company. You will act as the operational extension of the Founder, turning intentions into concrete outcomes across meetings, travel, events and daily communications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s operating system, ensuring every meeting has purpose, prep material and follow‑up.
• Tri­age communications across email, Slack, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Telegram, drafting replies with AI assistance.
• Coordinate complex multi‑leg international travel, board pre‑reads, leadership off‑sites and high‑profile client dinners.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly rhythms, including check‑ins, reviews and board preparation.
• Own end‑to‑end event logistics from venue selection to guest list and run‑sheet execution.

Required profile

• Willingness to work six days a week, predominantly onsite in Singapore, with flexible but demanding hours.
• Growth mindset that thrives on frequent, direct feedback and rapid iteration.
• Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks in a single week, from travel booking to board documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI and Granola.
• Experience using automation tooling for workflow efficiency.
