Executive Assistant to Regional Business Unit President

About the role

The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative support to the Business Unit President, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across the APAC region and coordination with senior leadership in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the President’s calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes for regional and global sessions.
• Facilitate agenda alignment among Regional VPs in India, ASEAN, ANZ, Korea, and Japan.
• Coordinate with the Senior Executive Committee in Denver for cross‑regional initiatives.
• Organize staff meetings, quarterly business reviews, and town‑hall events.
• Drive key initiatives through effective project management.
• Draft and edit PowerPoint presentations, correspondence, memoranda, and reports.
• Handle inbound calls, visitors, and maintain confidential records.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• 5–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management in a multinational environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Proven project‑management experience.
