Executive Assistant – Value Creation Team (Global Investment Firm)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support senior leaders of the Value Creation team at a leading global investment platform. The role involves managing complex calendars, travel, and strategic initiatives while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive support, including multi‑time‑zone calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and track follow‑up actions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as primary liaison between executives, portfolio company management, advisors, and internal teams.
• Assist with strategic projects, off‑sites, operating reviews, and leadership events.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and support broader team operations such as vendor management and ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in private equity, investment management, consulting, or similar fast‑paced environments.
• Exceptional organisational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to juggle competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
• High degree of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
