About the role

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Senior Sales Executives in NBCUniversal International Television Distribution, enabling efficient client engagement and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

Manage calendars across time zones for Senior Vice Presidents and Vice-President of the TV Distribution team.
Schedule internal, client and partner meetings, including video calls and in-person sessions.
Support deal execution, reporting discipline and day-to-day business operations.
