Executive Clinical Research Officer – Registration & Reporting

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is seeking an Executive Clinical Research Officer to join the Health for Life in Singapore (HELIOS) Study team. The role focuses on participant registration, data reporting, and coordination of study activities for a large population health study.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear, professional communication with study participants.
• Perform daily participant registration and discharge accurately following established workflows.
• Compile, verify, and dispatch participant health reports on schedule.
• Address participant queries, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Process and coordinate participant honoraria, ensuring timely disbursement.
• Collaborate with clinicians to follow up on critical or incidental findings.
• Liaise with internal teams, supervisors, and study stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely information flow.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and proactive problem‑solver.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Diploma or basic degree in business or a related field.
