Executive - Contract Logistics/SCM, Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Executive to support the Operations Manager in overseeing contract logistics and supply chain management functions across Singapore. The role involves managing warehousing and customer service activities while ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in supervising warehousing and customer service operations.
• Ensure all activities comply with ISO, GDPMDS and 5S standards.
• Lead a team of warehouse and administration staff to meet customer requirements.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve program targets.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Control purchases, headcount and overtime.
• Map processes for new or changed business requirements.
• Drive cost‑saving and productivity initiatives for customers.
• Identify training needs and schedule training for warehouse and administration personnel.
• Ensure staff strictly follow operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or customer service.
• Positive mindset, team player with a strong desire to learn.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and innovative.
• Adaptable to a fast‑moving work environment.
