Executive Director / Deputy Executive Director

About the role

Heartware Network, a leading youth organisation in Singapore, is seeking an Executive Director or Deputy Executive Director to steer the organisation through its next 25 years and beyond. The role provides strategic leadership, oversees financial sustainability, and cultivates a high‑performing, diverse team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and annually update a strategic organisational plan and overall budget.
• Foster a workplace culture that attracts, retains and develops talented, diverse staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, partners and stakeholders to secure the organisation’s financial future.
• Prepare agendas, reports and supporting materials for board meetings.
• Lead large‑scale programme development and ensure effective delivery of youth services.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of senior‑level experience in human services, non‑profit management, public administration or a related field.
• Proven track record in fundraising and managing bottom‑line financial responsibilities.
• Deep familiarity with Singapore’s youth sector ecosystem and leading youth organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to create collaborative work environments both internally and with external partners.
