Executive Environment Specialist

About the role

As an Executive Environment Specialist you will lead the preparation of Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Management Plans and related assessments for infrastructure, mining and energy projects. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality environmental deliverables on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, draft and finalise clear and practical EIA, EMMP and ESG reports.
• Plan, lead and record biodiversity surveys, including flora and fauna assessments.
• Manage environmental projects to agreed technical and quality standards, ensuring budget and schedule compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to meet expectations and maintain strong relationships.
• Project‑manage nominated environmental assignments and support the company’s business plan.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Environmental Management or related fields.
• Minimum four years of experience in ecology, biodiversity surveys, EIA/EMMP or environmental planning.
• Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in diverse, multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD.
• Experience using GIS.
• Knowledge of Photoshop for visual presentations.
• Project management capability.
