Project Manager – Environmental (Nuclear & Marine)

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a consultancy study focused on environmental, ecological and biodiversity aspects of nuclear power plant development. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering high‑quality project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day project planning, execution and monitoring for the consultancy study.
• Coordinate environmental, ecological and technical workstreams across the project.
• Track progress, risks, issues and dependencies, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulators, clients and technical partners.
• Organise and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities such as workshops and consultations.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, contractual obligations and regulatory expectations.
• Prepare and manage project reporting, documentation and final deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing environmental or ecological consultancy projects (10+ years preferred).
• Strong background in Environmental Impact Assessment, Ecological Risk Assessment or Biodiversity studies (terrestrial or marine).
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, especially with regulatory bodies.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s National Environment Agency (NEA) is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination and leadership abilities.
• High attention to quality, compliance and delivery timelines.
