Executive Housekeeper (Pre-Opening)

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of DoubleTree by Hilton Singapore Robertson Quay as an Executive Housekeeper. You will lead the housekeeping department, ensuring the property meets the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control and policy implementation.
• Maintain high‑quality standards across guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices and meeting spaces.
• Collaborate with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects.
• Build and retain a high‑performing team through performance management, professional development and recognition programmes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, especially regarding chemicals and cleaning supplies.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a 5‑star hotel.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Commitment to quality, safety and guest‑centric service.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and chemicals.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
