Executive, Human Resources

About the role

We are looking for an Executive in Human Resources to partner with business managers and drive talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operational excellence. This role will support multiple Business Units, ensuring HR practices align with strategic goals and comply with Singapore labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business managers to attract and hire top talent.
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes, and programs.
• Provide HR advisory services to Business Units on manpower planning, talent development, and operational requirements.
• Manage the full HR lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, appointments, re‑employment, contract renewals, disciplinary actions, performance management, and off‑boarding.
• Coach line managers and team members on HR best practices.
• Drive employee engagement and relations initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Participate in cross‑functional improvement projects and step in for BU operational duties when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of generalist HR experience in a large organisation.
• Good knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Act.
• Proven track record in hiring and business partnering.
• Confident communicator with strong judgement and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to think quickly and provide effective HR solutions.
• High energy, meticulous, organised, and analytical.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
