Executive – Outreach & Engagement (Protective Security)

About the role

The Executive, Outreach & Engagement will support the Centre for Protective Security (CPS) in developing and delivering stakeholder engagement and public communication initiatives to promote protective security across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategic partners on capability development initiatives.
• Develop and implement CPS’s stakeholder engagement plan.
• Co‑develop and deliver security and outreach programmes such as SGSecure training, SaferSG outreach and counter‑terrorism seminars.
• Engage private‑sector stakeholders, conduct training needs analysis and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate the public on security initiatives and raise the profile of the security industry.
• Grow Communities of Practitioners through stakeholder outreach and knowledge exchange.
• Promote best practices in procurement of security services for public and private buyers.
• Drive public and internal communications for CPS.
• Develop and administer a service‑excellence system for handling CPS queries and feedback.

Required profile

• Experience with industry‑standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva (preferred).
• Prior work experience in training, community engagement or communications.
• Background in protective security or infrastructure protection is advantageous.
