Executive / Senior Executive – Production Planning & Inventory Control

About the role

We are seeking an Executive or Senior Executive to lead production planning and inventory control for multiple product lines. The role ensures a smooth material supply chain, meets customer delivery dates, and drives continuous improvement through digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales administration to commit machine shipments that satisfy customer delivery requirements.
• Execute successful MRP runs after each plan release, aligning material supply with production schedules and sales forecasts.
• Maintain optimal material order quantities and lead times to support production plans.
• Coordinate closely with purchasing and suppliers to guarantee timely material deliveries.
• Review and adjust planning parameters to improve inventory turnover.
• Conduct inventory analysis to sustain optimal stock levels.
• Oversee completion of work and job orders, ensuring timeliness.
• Manage engineering changes to minimize obsolescence.
• Prepare month‑end machine completion reports and annual physical inventory.
• Lead a team to achieve performance targets and drive digital process enhancements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Manufacturing/Production Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with MRP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams.
• Experience in precision manufacturing is an advantage.
