About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Executive, Training Operations to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of training programmes. The role focuses on operational execution, administrative coordination, and ensuring compliance with the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) framework and funding requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all phases of training operations, including scheduling, trainer liaison, and venue logistics for both face‑to‑face and virtual sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records, prepare attendance sheets, certification documents, and support post‑training reporting.
- Administer programmes in line with SkillsFuture/SSG guidelines, manage grant submissions, and ensure audit‑ready documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact for participant queries and collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance, and marketing.
- Identify and implement process improvements, develop SOPs, and track operational KPIs like attendance and completion rates.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training operations, learning administration, or academy management.
- Prior exposure to SSG‑funded training environments, Adult Training Organisations (ATO), Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) or corporate learning settings.
- Hands‑on experience with SkillsFuture frameworks and compliance processes.
