Experienced Drafter – CAD & BIM (Civil/Structural)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Drafter to join our Singapore branch and produce detailed construction drawings using CAD and BIM tools. The role involves translating engineering concepts into accurate shop, as‑built and construction drawings while supporting the design team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings and layout plans using CAD equipment in line with specifications.
• Maintain a monthly master list of drawings to ensure accurate information.
• Review specifications, sketches and related data to evaluate design factors.
• Produce detailed scale plans for civil, structural and M&E works based on calculations and specifications.
• Compute mathematical formulas to develop detailed equipment and system specifications.
• Modify and revise designs to correct deficiencies and clarify intent.
• Prepare shop drawings, as‑built drawings and construction drawings as required by engineers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant drafting experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in design management, rebar concrete (RC) and steel structure detailing.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Tender experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Experience with BIM tools.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
