About the role

We are looking for an experienced trader to join our systematic trading desk in Singapore, bringing proven strategies and the ability to scale them within our infrastructure. The role involves deploying, refining, and expanding proprietary strategies across APAC and US exchanges while collaborating closely with developers and the broader trading team.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage proprietary trading strategies across APAC and US exchanges.
• Monitor and optimize live strategy performance, risk exposures, and execution quality.
• Lead the design and build‑out of research infrastructure and frameworks in partnership with developers.
• Identify and pursue new trading opportunities across asset classes and geographies within the APAC region.
• Conduct rigorous analysis of market microstructure, execution data, and strategy performance.
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure robust, reliable, and scalable strategy deployment.
• Manage risk at both the strategy and portfolio level with discipline and accountability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience trading proprietary strategies in a professional setting with a verifiable track record.
• Expertise in delta‑one arbitrage, intraday equities/futures, or statistical arbitrage.
• Deep familiarity with APAC market structure, exchange mechanics, and regulatory landscape.
• Proven ability to lead the end‑to‑end build‑out of research infrastructure and frameworks.
• Rigorous approach to risk management and position sizing.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and excellent communication skills.
