Export Shipping Executive (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Export Shipping Executive to join our logistics team in Singapore. The role involves coordinating export shipments, handling documentation, and supporting customers throughout the shipping process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide logistics solutions and support to new and existing customers.
• Manage export documentation and daily operations.
• Book vessel space and confirm with customers.
• Coordinate with SFA for Export Health Certificates.
• Prepare documents for banks (L/C & D/P payments), embassies, and government authorities.
• Verify freight charges and ensure financial security before shipment.
• Oversee warehouse and production operations; handle stock allocation.
• Perform other ad‑hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or shipping.
• Experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
