Fab Assistant – Semiconductor Fabrication Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Fab Assistant to support wafer fabrication in a semiconductor production environment. The role involves operating and calibrating equipment used for alignment, masking, etch and diffusion processes under close supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Perform wafer fabrication functions, including alignment, masking, etch and diffusion operations.
• Operate and calibrate semiconductor process equipment according to standard procedures.
• Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions to keep processes within control limits.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, applying defined techniques to resolve problems.
• Document work, share information with the team and follow company policies and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Less than 1 year of related experience or recent graduate.
• Ability to work under detailed instructions and close supervision.
• Limited judgment required; routine tasks with clearly defined objectives.
• Willingness to acquire job‑specific skills and follow standard procedures.
