Fab Assistant – Semiconductor Fabrication Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Fab Assistant to support wafer fabrication in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role is entry‑level and involves operating and calibrating equipment under close supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Operate semiconductor fabrication equipment for alignment, masking, etch and diffusion steps.
• Calibrate and run process tools according to standard procedures.
• Monitor process parameters and perform routine troubleshooting to keep processes within control limits.
• Follow documented techniques and corrective actions to resolve deviations.
• Deliver assigned output while adhering to detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
• Share information and updates with the team to maintain smooth production flow.

Required profile

• Less than one year of related experience or a strong interest in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to work on routine assignments with limited judgment.
• Comfort receiving detailed instructions and operating under close supervision.
• Eagerness to acquire job‑specific skills and learn company policies.
