Facade Lead

About the role

Our client, an A1 main contractor in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Facade Lead to manage the full lifecycle of façade works – from design development through construction to project hand‑over. The role involves close coordination with architects, consultants, engineers and subcontractors to ensure high‑quality façade delivery on large‑scale building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate façade design, technical submissions and on‑site execution.
• Review and approve façade drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, samples and technical proposals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory requirements and quality standards.
• Manage interface coordination between architectural, structural and M&E works to minimise clashes.
• Monitor installation progress, workmanship and quality on site, conducting inspections and overseeing testing and mock‑ups.
• Resolve technical, design and construction issues related to façade systems.
• Track façade programme, material procurement and manpower to meet project milestones.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in façade design, engineering, coordination or construction, preferably on large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building regulations and façade requirements.
• Excellent technical, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
