Facilities Management Associate – Quality

About the role

The Facilities Management Associate (Quality) supports FM quality and operational excellence across assigned accounts, focusing on soft services, audits, and contractor performance. You will develop schedules, conduct inspections, compile audit reports, analyse findings and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage FM schedules for cleaning, landscaping and pest control and perform routine site inspections.
• Prepare, review and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• Plan, execute and compile audit reports for assigned accounts.
• Analyse audit findings and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Prepare management meeting slides and reports based on audit data, trends and analysis.
• Monitor contractor performance against agreed service standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and service providers to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in FM operations, auditing or quality management is preferred.
• Understanding of soft services such as cleaning, landscaping and pest control is an advantage.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
