Facilities Management Engineer – Data Centre Operations

About the role

The Facilities Management Engineer will lead the set‑up, migration and ongoing operation of our mission‑critical data centre environments across Singapore. You will ensure optimal performance, reliability and safety of power, cooling and security systems while supporting business continuity and disaster‑recovery initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, preventive and reactive tasks on all data centre equipment.
• Monitor power, cooling, and security infrastructure to maximise uptime and efficiency.
• Respond to incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Carry out facility inspections, safety checks and environmental health & safety activities.
• Document standard operating procedures, checklists and incident reports.
• Participate in the Emergency Response Team and provide first‑aid support when required.
• Handle service orders, calls and emails promptly to minimise equipment downtime.

Required profile

• Singaporean citizen with the ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (day, night, weekends).
• Proven experience in data centre facilities management or similar critical‑infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in building services.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical as‑built drawings (preferred).
