Facilities Management Executive – Northpoint City

About the role

The Facilities Management Executive will report to the Building Manager and oversee the maintenance, security, and operational services of Northpoint City mall. You will lead a team of supervisors and technicians to ensure the building runs smoothly and meets regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenancy fit‑out, renovation and reinstatement works in line with requirements.
• Oversee security and car‑park operations.
• Ensure repair work is completed to standards and certify payments.
• Coordinate scheduled servicing of building services and M&E systems and certify monthly service reports.
• Renew all authority licences annually and handle tenant/resident feedback promptly.
• Review, tender and recommend contract renewals; lead quotation processes.
• Lead Building Supervisor and technicians, providing troubleshooting guidance.
• Assist with fire drills, fire‑safety compliance and annual reporting to PUB, NEA and BCA.
• Plan and execute ad‑hoc and CAPEX projects, including Green Mark certification support.
• Support asset‑enhancement initiatives and other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree, Diploma or Post‑Graduate Diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail mall facilities management, including tenant liaison and minor A&A works.
• Preferably holds a Fire Safety Manager certification.
• Experience with sustainability or digitalisation initiatives is a plus.
